1. Terms and definitions:

Acceptance — full and unconditioned acceptance of the Offer by taking actions to make a money transfer using payment forms and means posted on the Site, as well as by transferring funds to the current account of the Foundation via banking institutions.

2. Subject of the Agreement

2.1.The subject of this Agreement is the gratuitous voluntary transfer of the funds by the Benefactor to the Fuondation, by making a charitable donation to support the statutory activities of the Foundation. The Benefactor independently determines the amount of the charitable donation.

3. Acceptance

3.1. By Acceptance of the Offer, the Benefactor states that he agrees to all the terms of the Offer, fully understands and agrees to the subject of the Agreement, the purpose of public fundraising, and also confirms the Foundation’s right to use the Charity Donation for the administrative expenses of the Foundation.
